Privacy Policy

Privacy policy for Reddit Growth Guide

This policy explains what we collect to operate the product, how we use it, and the controls you have before and after launch.

What we collect

We collect the account details you provide when you sign up, the project information you submit so the product can generate subreddit guidance, billing metadata returned by Stripe, and operational telemetry needed to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

We use your data to authenticate you, save your projects, generate subreddit recommendations, analyze drafts, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and monitor failures. We do not use your draft text as ad-targeting data, and we avoid sending raw draft content to analytics tools.

Third-party processors

We rely on service providers to run the product, including Supabase for authentication and storage, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for hosting and edge delivery, and model providers for analysis and generation features. Each provider only receives the data required to perform its role.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and project data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to resolve billing, support, and security issues. You can request deletion from the settings page. Account deletion removes your application data from the product database, subject to any records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud, or payment dispute obligations.

Your choices

You can review your billing status, update your Reddit username default, or delete your account from settings. If you need help with access, deletion, or a privacy question, contact info+redditgrowthguide@blackstar-labs.com.
