Terms of service for Reddit Growth Guide

These terms govern access to the product, paid plan behavior, and the responsibilities that come with using launch guidance tied to Reddit communities.

Using the product

You may use Reddit Growth Guide to research subreddits, assess account readiness, analyze launch drafts, and manage your subscription. You are responsible for the content you publish, the communities you participate in, and your compliance with Reddit's rules and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use the product to automate spam, impersonate others, evade moderation, abuse rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, projects, or billing systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create security, fraud, or policy risk.

Billing and refunds

Paid access is billed through Stripe. Pro access unlocks premium features only while the subscription is active and in good standing. If payment fails, premium features may be re-locked until billing recovers. The billing page describes current plan status and usage. Service availability

We aim for a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. During public beta, some features may change, degrade, or be withdrawn while we improve the product. If a critical incident affects your access, use the billing or settings pages first, then contact support if the issue remains unresolved.
